Fahad has spent the last 2 years working for Amazon in Bangalore in a Customer Support role. His main focus was solving B2C and FBA business queries. This role covered a vast international territory. Prior to that Fahad provided International Support Services for a well-known International Sports Brand. Fahad is used to the pressures face by eCommerce Sellers and prides himself in working and delivering to precises SLA’s. Using a multitude of support products, and being a skilled analyst, Fahad is a core part of the Implementation and Support Team, playing a critical role in managing and reporting on Client expectations and furnishing Management with key escalation data.
